Can you believe that Thanksgiving is coming up and December is right around the corner! 2019 sure has flown by!
The Pond has joined up with other downtown merchants to celebrate our first annual Friendsgiving Eve Downtown with lots of restaurants featuring music and specials the night before Thanksgiving! At The Pond on Friendsgiving Eve, we have HALF PRICE SANDWICHES, Survey Sez at 7pm and a special Everyone’s in Town! Thanksgiving Eve Open Mic hosted by Tim Cooney and our Show City Band!
And then on Thanksgiving Night, Jodi Lynn is gathering some friends for a Thanksgiving Music Jam beginning at 8pm!

The Sheep, Sweet Leda and Sea Witch! Yep, it’s our last weekend in October. Mama’s Black Sheep is back for Friday and Saturday evenings. Local Favorite Freshly Squeezed closes out Friday night. And, keeping with a long tradition, Sweet Leda will be performing for our Halloween Party!

One of our favorite weekends of the year is Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival weekend!. We have a great line-up of music starting with Tear The Roof Off at 5:30pm on Friday and followed by Movin’ & Groovin’. On Saturday, the jazz starts at 1:30pm with No Byscuyts and continues at 5:30pm with Divas of One Love. Then at 10pm, it’s Lower Case Blues!

The Pond goes LIVE seven nights with our new slate of weekly entertainment! Monday nights spotlight country singer & guitarist Bobby Lee Jones, start time 8pm. Tuesdays at 9:30pm feature acoustic fingerstyle guitarist and singer Tim Cooney (who will be teaming up with many different local musicians during the season) and on Thursdays it’s all about all about Jodi Lynn & Friends. Jodi has been performing at The Pond for many years and always is superb! Each week Jodi will be featuring a guest musician and we expect a jam session once in a while as well! Of course on Wednesday we have the original Rehoboth Open Mic Night, hosted by BJ, Caleh & Littlejohn and there’s no other place to be on Sundays at 10pm other than The Pond with Delaware’s best blues band, Lower Case Blues!
This weekend, Keith White Duo is back at 6pm on Friday followed by Tyler Greene & Friends at 10pm. Saturday at 10pm is when Electric Velvet rocks The Pond. If you missed Electric Velvet last month, you missed a truly magical night. Don’t miss them again!

We have been busy planning a great entertainment schedule for this upcoming LOCALS SEASON which we are proud to announce below. But first, we are very excited that our Inaugural Locals Season Party is Saturday, October 5th at 5:30pm featuring 2nd Time Around! We hope you join us for food and drinks as we celebrate a great fall with our locals and friends! On Monday, October 7, we introduce a new Monday night with Bobby Lee Jones. start time 8pm. Bobby Lee explains his music as being a soulful sound that is filled with love grown in southern ground. and “blessd with a gift that feeds my soul!” A truly fantastic country singer and guitarist.
On Tuesday, October 8, we launch Cooney Tunes Tuesday featuring acoustic fingerstyle guitarist and singer Tim Cooney. Tim will be teaming up with many different local musicians during the season.
