Hey folks! What a fun weekend we had with everyone as we celebrated St. Patrick’s Day! Great Food, Great Music & Great Times.
This upcoming weekend, the sheep are back! Yep, Mama’s Black Sheep will be here on Friday and Saturday evenings.
The Pond will be hosting a MEET THE NEW CHEF HAPPY HOUR on Wednesday, March 27th from 5pm to 7pm. We look forward to everyone meeting our chef Darryn Gray and we will be introducing our new Happy Hour Menu which will be discounted 50%. We hope to post the new Happy Hour menu later this week!

This Week at The Pond, February 25 to March 3
This weekend we celebrate Mardi Gras and we have A LOT happening! Lower Case Blues is back from their road trip and will be performing on Saturday at 4pm – so after the GUMBO GRAWL, stop back at The Pond for dinner and music! On Sunday, TEAR THE ROOF OFF will be keeping the party going at 2pm.
Speaking of Gumbo, we will be serving a Cranberry & Apple Brined Pork and Roasted Duck Gumbo. We have partnered with The Spice & Tea Exchange (TSTE) and thank them for all the awesome spices and teas. TSTE will be serving tea samples at The Pond during the Gumbo Crawl.

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who turned out for our Customer Appreciation Party on January 27th!
WOW! This upcoming weekend is Polar Bear Weekend and we have a great line-up of events planned. We kick off the weekend with FURst Friday for our Rehoboth Beach (Polar) Bear friends, followed by music with Freshly Squeezed.
On Saturday February 2nd, The Pond is one of the thirteen restaurants participating in the Chili Contest (2:30pm to 5pm)- most of you know the drill. Start the crawl at The Pond, then head back to The Pond when you’ve completed tasting all the chili samples. The Pond will have the ballots for sale beginning Friday, February 1st.
Saturday evening you’re all in for a truly fantastic show with the Garrett Shultz Band. Garrett was at The Pond last summer and rocked! This is the full band’s debut and it will be unforgettable! They will have their hit song Kiss About It shirts and gear in the house.
And on Sunday, February 3, we have our POLAR BEAR BREAKFAST from 10am to noon, our 5th ANNUAL POLAR BEAR JAM at 1pm to 6pm (five bands in five hours), the SUPERBOWL on the big screens followed by LOWER CASE BLUES.

This week at The Pond, the “big” event this week is our Annual Customer Appreciation Party on Sunday, January 27th at 1:00pm. Complimentary Buffet. We also are testing out a bloody mary flight, so we will be asking folks to taste and comment on our Bloody Maria (tequila) and Red Snapper (gin).
Polar Bear Weekend is right around the corner. As usual, The Pond will be participating in the Chili Contest on Saturday, January 2 (2:30pm to 5:00pm) and then on Sunday, we will offer a Polar Bear Breakfast from 10am to noon! We want to thank all the NFL FANS who chose The Pond to hang out during football season. We had a great time and hope all of you did as well!
The Pond is hosting our first beer dinner, DELMARVA BREWERIES BEER DINNER on Friday, January 18th at 7pm. Five course, five perfectly paired beers, only $45/person. Limited Seating. Click on the LINK for tickets or buy them at The Pond. As of Monday afternoon, we have about 20 seats remaining!
