This Weekend at The Pond

We continue to live-stream Wednesdays through Sunday!   Our live-stream schedule is below.

ONLINE ORDERING & DELIVERY ~ you can order from our new menu (and some deli items) online by texting POND to 337333,  clicking our online ordering website link, or downloading the ChowNow App on your smart phone.  Delivery is offered by ChowNow thru their partnership with  DoorDash.

THE POND MARKET ~ we continue to refine our market website.  Currently, we offer about 50 items at The Pond Market to meet your basic grocery needs, everything from milk and eggs to deli meats and salads, fresh produce and paper products including toilet paper, tissue, paper towels and latex gloves.  Beginning May 19th, we will offer delivery of our market goods between 2pm and 5pm.  Simply order before 1pm and we will deliver, Tuesday – Friday

We are live-streaming on Cinco de Mayo with HOT SAUCE at 5pm!

And, we are continuing to live-stream Wednesdays through Sunday!   Our live-stream schedule is below.

ONLINE ORDERING & DELIVERY ~ you can order from our new menu (and some deli items) online with ChowNow or download the ChowNow App.  Order online via our website link, thru Facebook (Shop Now Button) or on our Google page (on Google, there’s a 10% surcharge which Google collects).  And if you want delivery, ChowNow has partnered with DoorDash.

KIDS BOXES ~ we will be launching our $5 Kids Boxes early this week.  There will be five boxes to choose from and each will include a choice of apple slices, baby carrots, french fries or potato chips and a choice of water or apple juice box. 

The five boxes ~ two cheeseburger sliders, hot dog, grilled cheese sandwich, chicken tenders or bowl of mac-n-cheese.

Beginning Monday we will begin our daily lunch special which will be available for online ordering thru ChowNow as well as the old-fashioned way of calling The Pond at 302-227-2234

AND… coming later this week will be FAMILY DINNERS and MEAL KITS!

What’s Happening at The Pond, Week of April 12, 2020

It’s been way too long since we have posted a “What’s Happening at The Pond”.  Like everyone else, we are trying to establish a new “normal” during this pandemic shutdown.  Lots of stuff to share!

We have Curbside Carry Out daily from 4pm to 8pm.  We hope to expand that to 12pm to 8pm by the end of the week!

We are excited that we are LIVE-STREAMING from The Pond five nights this week!  Each performance is being live-streamed from the band’s Facebook page due to copyright issues. As soon as the band begins streaming, we are sharing the link of various pages and platforms.  The bands are earning their keep solely through donations so we kindly ask that everyone consider donating a few bucks.

We have opened The Pond Market on our website. We are still working on the bells & whistles but it is functional. You can order groceries online and curbside pickup and there is a delivery option as well.  Click here to visit THE POND MARKET.

And we hope by the end of the this week, we will have our NEW menu available for online ordering via our website and the app ChowNow.  ChowNow also has a delivery option.  Stay tuned for more news on ordering online!

This Friday night we welcome STORM OVER SEATTLE to The Pond at 10pm!  It’s their first time  at The Pond and we know they are going to rock!   We also welcome back Rocky Allen at 6pm on Friday.  Two very different sounds, both very awesome!  And, once again, The Pond has teamed up with Rehoboth Ale House, Cooter Brown’s & Blackwall Hitch for our “FIRST FRIDAY BEER DINNER” on March 6th.  We have partnered with Cape May Brewery which has just entered Delaware.  Click HERE for our menu. 

Saturday is the return of Plot Twist to The Pond.  Our Sunday Afternoon Music Series continues with Keith White Duo at 4pm.  And of course, Lower Case Blues owns Sunday night at 9pm!

This year seems to be flying by….  up next is our Annual Gumbo Crawl on Saturday, February 22nd.  Ballot Tickets are $10 each and are going fast!  The Pond will have THOUSANDS of throw beads over the weekend and of course, great entertainment all week including Lower Case Blues playing on Saturday afternoon, 4pm to 7pm.  Make sure you plan to catch LCB after you complete the crawl!
